1. Statement of Intent

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) reflects a shared recognition of the growing need to responsibly manage:

  • Data collection, interpretation, and use
  • Environmental impacts across both digital and physical domains

Prudential Market establishes this framework to lead by example and to invite collaboration, awareness, and voluntary alignment from individuals, organizations, and public stakeholders.


2. Purpose

The purpose of this MOU is to:

  • Encourage the responsible development and use of knowledge-based resources
  • Promote awareness of the environmental and societal impacts of modern systems

3.3 Ethical Digital Infrastructure

  • Encourage responsible deployment and lifecycle management of equipment
  • Encourage responsibly operated worksite and worker preparedness
  • Acknowledge the environmental footprint of projects and strive for excellence

3.4 Data Responsibility

  • Promote ethical approaches to data collection, use, access, and interpretation
  • Respect privacy, transparency, and fairness in data-driven processes
  • Discourage misuse, manipulation, or misrepresentation of information
  • Discourage illegal or criminal activities of any kind with data service of projects.

3.5 Environmental Stewardship

  • Recognize both visible and unseen environmental impacts of operations
  • Encourage practices that reduce waste, emissions, and resource strain
  • Support long-term environmental sustainability across all areas of impact
  • Support research and knowledge sharing across areas of impact

By signing, participants:

5. Nature of Participation

  • This MOU is voluntary and non-binding for all signatories other than Prudential Market
  • It does not impose legal, financial, or operational obligations
  • It is intended to serve as a foundation for dialogue, awareness, and shared direction

Where deeper collaboration is pursued, separate agreements, contracts, or policies may define specific requirements and responsibilities.
